This is where it started
An old desk
An Amazon-purchased chair
And a laptop that overheated if I ran too many tabs

No fancy tools
No investors
Just a dream that I could help founders run better companies
Not in theory
But in the trenches
In the actual mess
Where operations break
Where leadership stalls
Where good ideas die in broken systems

I didn’t start ROH because I wanted to “consult”
I started it because I’ve been inside the storm
I’ve seen what happens when a business grows faster than its systems
When roles get blurry
When deadlines slip
When everything still runs through the founder

And I knew
That if someone could step in and bring clarity
Structure
Rhythm
That founder could finally breathe again

That’s what this desk represents
Not aesthetics
But intention
A space to build
