Where it Started
This is where it started
An old desk
An Amazon-purchased chair
And a laptop that overheated if I ran too many tabs
No fancy tools
No investors
Just a dream that I could help founders run better companies
Not in theory
But in the trenches
In the actual mess
Where operations break
Where leadership stalls
Where good ideas die in broken systems
I didn’t start ROH because I wanted to “consult”
I started it because I’ve been inside the storm
I’ve seen what happens when a business grows faster than its systems
When roles get blurry
When deadlines slip
When everything still runs through the founder
And I knew
That if someone could step in and bring clarity
Structure
Rhythm
That founder could finally breathe again
That’s what this desk represents
Not aesthetics
But intention
A space to build
A space to think
A space to solve real problems for people doing hard things
ROH stands for Rohman Operations Hub
But it also stands for every founder trying to build something real
Without losing themselves in the process
This is where it started
